These original oil paintings were created in two unique styles:

Brocades Woven in Oils feature deeply sculpted oil paint, highlighting and defining the subject to enhance the experience of the art as a living presence.

The Neo-Pointillist works are created from many thousands of three-dimensional micro-dots of oil paint that transform an already engaging image into an ethereal presence that floats off the canvas, shifting tone and shape with changing angles of view and ambient light.

Seascapes

The sea is such a magical subject for an artist. Always changing, so many moods. An endless source of inspiration.

Landscapes

For most of us this is where we experience our life. The places we live in. The places we travel to. The things we see. Each of them evoking memories and feelings.

Freeways

Just as pyramids are icons of ancient times and cathedrals the middle ages, concrete freeways have become symbols of our time. But do they have to be dull and gray? It seems our modern freeway designers agree – they just have a long way to go!

Interiors

Our world is full of special spaces. Spaces that celebrate our modern world – restaurants, bars, coffee shops, even a street corner. The Impressionists of the late 1800s also celebrated their world, painting the gathering spaces of their time. Their inspiration inspired me to paint in celebration of our world.

Flora

It’s probably safe to say mankind loves plants in all their endless variety. They feed us, purify our environment and decorate our lives. They are worth celebrating.

Disney Cathedral

The iconic structures of history – the pyramids, castles, and gothic cathedrals – have been replaced by the concrete, metal and glass structures of our time. The Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles is one of our iconic structures. The amazing geometry of Frank Ghery’s design and nature’s ever changing moods create endless possibilities for an artist.
